Sole Protection

Before putting on your shoes, carefully remove the protective sticker from the sole. Please note that once the sticker is removed, returns will no longer be accepted.

Our soles are made of natural leather, tanned without chrome, reflecting our dedication to refined style and environmental responsibility. This light-colored natural leather sole highlights the craftsmanship of Arque footwear, but it is also more sensitive and can wear out more quickly than synthetic soles.

Important: We recommend watching our care video, which shows how the sole wears without the protective film. While our soles don't offer the abrasion resistance of synthetic materials, they represent our promise of sustainable luxury and meticulous craftsmanship.

Store

To preserve the beauty and shape of your Arque shoes, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

For best protection, store your shoes in the included Arque protective bag. This will help keep them looking pristine and ensure they remain a timeless piece in your wardrobe.
